Ray Emanuel

Ray is one of the founding members of NAIA and served as President from 1990-1997. He became Executive Director of Special Projects when NAIA began the Circle of Life building fund program for a museum. Ray oversees grant projects for the Pow Wow and is very active in raising scholarship funds. He is instrumental in helping shape the direction for the agency to pursue and expand into a more supportive organization for the Native peoples of Tennessee.
